Our authenticity commitment

FancyLuxia is an independent reseller of selected designer eyeglasses and sunglasses, including pre-owned, vintage and collectible pieces. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

Condition and inspection

We inspect eyewear before listing and dispatch. The product description and photographs identify the condition, visible wear and included accessories for each individual item. Pre-owned or vintage eyewear should not be assumed to be new, unworn or supplied with every original accessory unless explicitly stated.

Raise an authenticity concern

Email hello@FancyLux.com with your order number, a description of your concern and any supporting evidence. Authenticity claims are separate from ordinary returns and are not restricted to the 14-day change-of-mind window. If you obtain a third-party assessment, use a qualified provider that actually supports the relevant brand and eyewear category. A provider declining to assess an item is not a finding that it is counterfeit.

If an item is confirmed not authentic

We will arrange its return and refund the full price paid for the item. We also reimburse necessary return shipping, reasonable documented authentication costs and directly related import duties or taxes that you paid and cannot recover elsewhere. We will provide the return instructions, verify that the returned item matches the order and process the refund promptly. Any shorter legal deadline takes priority. We do not require you to accept a voucher instead of a refund.

Independent resale

Brand names and trademarks are used to identify the products offered. FancyLuxia is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands unless expressly stated. We do not promise that every authentication provider or brand boutique will assess every item. This guarantee supplements, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
