About these terms

These terms apply to purchases of eyewear from FancyLuxia and use of this online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. Questions may be sent to hello@FancyLux.com.

Products and condition

We sell designer eyeglasses and sunglasses, including pre-owned and vintage items. Read each listing for its measurements, condition and included accessories. Images may appear different across screens. We do not represent vintage or pre-owned eyewear as new unless expressly stated. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm fit or suitability.

Orders, prices and payment

Review the item, price, currency, delivery address and any disclosed charges before paying. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; it does not guarantee availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or price error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you before making any change. You may decline a proposed change and receive a refund of payments collected for the unfulfilled order. We do not impose a higher price after payment without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and authenticity

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Authenticity Guarantee form part of the terms of your purchase. Free standard shipping applies to supported destinations. Ordinary return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt; mandatory rights and authenticity claims are not restricted by that window.

Eyewear use and adjustments

Product descriptions determine the features claimed for each item. Do not assume prescription suitability or a particular level of UV protection unless stated for that item. Consult a qualified optician before fitting prescription lenses or making frame adjustments. Avoid alterations while deciding whether to keep the item.

Website use and privacy

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation. Site content and third-party trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. Contact us first if you have a complaint; this does not restrict access to any legally available remedy.
