Complimentary standard shipping

FancyLuxia offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum purchase. Available delivery services and any optional express charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact hello@FancyLux.com before ordering.

Dispatch and tracking

Available dispatch and delivery estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout where provided. For a date-sensitive purchase, contact us before ordering to confirm the expected timing. We send tracking information after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; customs clearance, holidays and local disruptions can cause delays. If we cannot fulfil your order as agreed, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Import duties and taxes

Free shipping does not mean duty-paid delivery. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are included only when expressly stated at checkout. Otherwise, charges assessed by the destination authorities are payable by the recipient. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification.

Delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@FancyLux.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not limit our delivery responsibilities or your statutory rights.

Returns

Return shipping is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personal-preference returns are at the buyer’s expense; we cover necessary return shipping for our errors.
